Nearly every character has some way of being aggressive, with the exception of some of the bigger, clunkier characters. Most blockstrings in KoF are pretty safe because of the amount of pushback, you're gonna be focusing more on punishing unconfirmed combos, anti-airs and confirming. It'll show you zoners, rushdown and gimmicks. You want the fastest route instead of testing out every character? Just watch tournament videos. Zarina was looking like a super solid character, really honest, now she has a disgusting 50/50 with EX. Not to mention it's a new game and new tech is still coming out, constantly changing the meta. This kind of stuff would take time, even if you could read all about each and every character. I don't think you're gonna find anything exactly like what you're looking for. As for currently, Lots of people labbing and local'ing and not many writing stuff. Something like this actually does exist in multiple places for KoF 13 but it's lost in old facebook groups now which is the problem. Talking to people on a few KoF discords it seems like there is a real lack of written material right now in general. I'll definitely be hitting training mode, trials, and such getting started but I think I'm also going to work on a version of what I described both as a resource and a good learning exercise to force me to put some time in videos and writing for each character. I've checked the Primer and dreamcancel and seen the list about character placement in teams and stuff but I haven't been able to find closer to what I'm looking for as far as general playstyle goes.Р”В®dit: Thanks for everyone's input. This could be from an older KoF if a lot of the characters are still similar. I'm wondering if there is a resource somewhere with a short description of each character, as in rushdown / zone and what traits they are known for if anything (safe blockstrings, tricky crossups, invincible grab?, etc.)
